We recently moved into a home built in the 1990s. It was charming at first but badly needed updating. We called Southland’s Painting and Contruction company after a close friend gave me their number (they are the commercial painters her boss uses). We consulted with them for our residential painting and home remodeling and agreed upon a whole kitchen renovation and bathroom remodel to begin with. The white cabinet and countertop kitchen was crowded and couldn’t really accommodate more than one person when we started, plus we needed the hideous tan wallpaper removal done asap. The bathroom had ugly white wash cabinets and brass cabinets. Now it looks totally different – a hunter green kitchen and lots of dark wood cabinets. The room addition opened it up and gave a lot more space. The master bathroom renovation is now the private oasis my wife always wanted. They did an amazing job on the interior painting, cutting in the lines expertly (a pet peeve of mine when they’re not). When we’ve finished the inside, I’m going to call them back for the power washing and exterior painting.
