We called Southland Painting & Construction after our water heater broke in our Spring TX home. We desperately need a flood damage restoration service, flooring contractor and painter to fix it. This company is an excellent general contractor that took care of everything - they did the new wood floor installation, drywall repairs, new interior painting and baseboard installation. They didn't just restore it, they made it better than it was before! The next time we need any kind of home renovation or home remodeling, we are calling Southland!

Overall, Southland Painting and Construction Company did an awesome job on all of our residential painting projects. They were very professional and kept me informed of any concerns along the way. We initially used them for some drywall repair and interior painting which they did an amazing job with that so we ended up calling them back out for our outside house painting too. They did some power washing to remove the old flaking paint (and even got out some stains in our concrete patio) and then did the exterior painting a few weeks ago. Many of my neighbors stopped to admire my house and requested Southland's contact info. In fact, one neighbor said he was definitely going to call to inquire about commercial painting his multi level office building.

We recently moved into a home built in the 1990s. It was charming at first but badly needed updating. We called Southland's Painting and Contruction company after a close friend gave me their number (they are the commercial painters her boss uses). We consulted with them for our residential painting and home remodeling and agreed upon a whole kitchen renovation and bathroom remodel to begin with. The white cabinet and countertop kitchen was crowded and couldn't really accommodate more than one person when we started, plus we needed the hideous tan wallpaper removal done asap. The bathroom had ugly white wash cabinets and brass cabinets. Now it looks totally different - a hunter green kitchen and lots of dark wood cabinets. The room addition opened it up and gave a lot more space. The master bathroom renovation is now the private oasis my wife always wanted. They did an amazing job on the interior painting, cutting in the lines expertly (a pet peeve of mine when they're not). When we've finished the inside, I'm going to call them back for the power washing and exterior painting.

We own several rental properties that were acquired in the foreclosure market. Several of these homes had been neglected and were in serious need of a residential painter and home remodeling company. Southland's Painting and Construction always treat my properties with the utmost care and restore them beyond what we ever thought possible. They only use premium paint and spend the time to prep the surfaces so that the paint looks great for many years to come, especially their exterior painting on the outside of the homes. On one house we needed flood damage restoration and they installed engineered laminate flooring at a great price as well as doing all of the water damage repair including new drywall hanging, baseboard installation and of course interior painting. We have already referred their commercial painting division to my brother for his long overdue office power washing and painting.

We hired Southland Painting to paint the interior of our house, walls and trim. The crew did a fantastic job, after they finished the painting we asked Mike to install laminate flooring in our family room and ceramic tile in our kitchen and bath rooms. We came across this home remodeling company online when we were looking for a flooring contractor and decided to give them a shot because we liked their profile and website. First we hired them for our engineered laminate flooring installation during our kitchen remodeling project. We were so happy with the professional results that we let the painters we had hired go and had Southland Painting & Construction take care of everything including the window replacement, drywall hanging and drywall repairs as well as the faux finish that I wanted! Next Spring we are going to call Mike and his team out again for some exterior home repairs - namely new Hardie Board Siding and a stained concrete patio. We are even tossing around the idea of a new roof as we know what great roofing contractors they are cause we've seen some of the photos. Keep up the great work guys!

Southland Painting & Construction are our go to home remodeling and repair company. Over the years, we have hired them to do everything from our new hardie board siding installation and window replacement service to our concrete staining and deck rot repair to our basement finishing and room addition. Oh, and not to forget our engineered laminate flooring and composite roofing installation which both look really amazing! As well as lots of miscellaneous small painting, drywall hanging and carpentry jobs. Looking back, Southland has pretty much renovated our whole house and we couldn't be more pleased with the results.
