Overall, Southland Painting and Construction Company did an awesome job on all of our residential painting projects. They were very professional and kept me informed of any concerns along the way. We initially used them for some drywall repair and interior painting which they did an amazing job with that so we ended up calling them back out for our outside house painting too. They did some power washing to remove the old flaking paint (and even got out some stains in our concrete patio) and then did the exterior painting a few weeks ago. Many of my neighbors stopped to admire my house and requested Southland’s contact info. In fact, one neighbor said he was definitely going to call to inquire about commercial painting his multi level office building.
